In extraordinary circumstances such as pandemics, technical issues, grounding, breakdown, certification of M/S Maarten, M/S Maarten is sold, or in the event of Force Majeure, our commitment is repealed. In such circumstances M/S Maarten AS assumes no responsibility or liability and thus will not accept any compensation claims. You will be informed as soon as possible. In addition, The Norwegian Maritime Code chapter 6 and 10 applies.
